40% of the payment is required 60 days before arrival.
The remaining amount is to be paid 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 15 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €2500 is held on 1 days after arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
